Negotiating is a give and take process. Each party has needs and wants, so both sides

When one agent representing both the buyer and the seller or even two agents representing
both the buyer and the seller but working for the same real estate company really negotiate in the

the agent will have you sign a document consenting to what's leagally called a Dual Agency. You should give
